The IMF puts Egypt on its meeting agenda on July 10

  • The International Monetary Fund has put Egypt on the agenda of its board of directors’ meetings on July 10 to discuss disbursing the third tranche of the loan worth $820 million. After disbursing the tranche, Egypt has the right to submit a request to obtain additional financing worth $1.2 billion from the Resilience and Financial Stability Fund.
