أعلن شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، عن طرح فرصة استثمارية كبرى بمدينة القاهرة الجديدة، عبارة عن قطعة أرض مملوكة لصندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري، بنظام المشاركة بمساحة 79 فدانًا بمنطقة التجمع السادس ، وتنوب هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة عن الصندوق فيي كافة اجراءات الطرح والترسية والتعاقد.
