Definitions
“Service”: means the service provided by us as described in the Subscription Description.
“Subscriber”: is the individual or entity who has purchased the service.
Subscription and payment
The subscription fee must be paid in full before the service starts.
The subscription is personal and non-transferable or assignable to a third party.
Return Policy
All payments are non-refundable for any reason, whether or not the Service has been used.
Failure to use the service during the subscription period does not entitle you to compensation or extension.
Length of service
The service period starts from the date of activation.
The service automatically terminates at the end of the subscription period and can only be renewed with a new agreement and payment of the applicable fees.
Subscriber obligations
The subscriber undertakes to use the service in accordance with local laws and instructions issued by the company.
You may not use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or in violation of these Terms.
Modify or discontinue the service
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with 48-hour notice to the Subscriber in the event of a material modification.
Limits of Liability
The company is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from Misuse The service or technical malfunctions beyond its control.
Applicable legislation
All of the company's services are subject to the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
The Subscriber acknowledges that he is solely responsible for ensuring that his use of the Service complies with the local laws in his country of residence, and the Company disclaims any liability for any violation of such laws.
Accept the terms
Subscribing to any of our services constitutes the subscriber's express and full agreement to all of the above terms and conditions.
Examples of misuse:
1. Using recommendations for fraud or financial deception (such as persuading others to invest without a license or reselling recommendations to a third party)
2. Use the Service to promote illegal activities such as trading on platforms that are not licensed in the User’s country.
3 Republish or share the submitted content without permission. The submitted content is for the subscriber only and is not for public or commercial publication.
4. Impersonating the company or using its name in an unofficial manner, such as speaking on behalf of the company or using it in personal promotion.
5. Manipulating content or distorting recommendations. Conveying recommendations or analyses in a partial or distorted manner that leads to a misunderstanding by a third party.
