- The Egyptian Stock Exchange indices rose at the beginning of trading today, Tuesday, with trading of 244 million pounds.
- The main stock exchange index EGX30 recorded an increase of 1.46% to reach 26,290 points, and the EGX70 index for small and medium enterprises rose by 1.1% to reach 5,739 points.
- The broader EGX100 index also rose by 1.06% to reach 8,320 points, while the capped EGX30 index rose by 1.07% to reach 31,990 points.
- The market recorded trading values of 244 million pounds, through trading 80.6 million shares, with 8.7 thousand buying and selling operations, after trading in the shares of 186 listed companies, of which 55 shares rose, 8 shares declined, while the prices of 103 other shares did not change.
- The market capitalization of shares listed on the inside market reached 1.769 trillion pounds.
- Egyptian and Arab investors tended to sell with a net value of 0.5 million pounds and 1.3 million pounds, while foreigners tended to buy with a net value of 1.8 million pounds.
